The Lord Stanley is having a longer stay at Wellington than was anticipated, and her sailing tirap is not yet definitely fixed. It is expected that her Wellington cargo will be dis; charged to-day, and that tho vessel will proceed to Lyttelton either to-night or early tomorrow morning. THE ALLEY LINE. Messrs. Johnston and' Co., Ltd., local agents for the Alley Line of steamers, received advice from Sydney yesterday stating that the Den of Ruthvon was to leave Newcastle on Saturday for Wellington. She is due at "Wellington next Thursday, and, after loading, proceeds to' Auckland, thence to Vancouver. THE HINEMOA. . The Government steamer Hinemoa left Westport yesterday for Wellington, and is due about 11 o'clock this morning. It is expected that everything will be in readiness for her to leave on the northern oruise next Monday. A call will be made at the Kermadec Islands to examine the Government depots, and also to look out for castaways. The vessel returns to Auckland after her northern cruise previous to returning to Wellington. IMPORTS BY THE MAHENO.
