PRACTICAL SUGGESTIONS BY AN ' EXPERT. (Specially Written for The Dominion.) THURSDAY. . ' Fish, soup, ..'/Boast Pork. /Apple sauce. . Cabbage. Baked potatoes. ' Cumberland pudding. Cumberland pudding. Ingredients.—6oz. bread crumbs, Goz. currants, Goz. suet, Goz.- apples, half teaspoonful salt, 6oz. sugar, 4oz. citron peel, 6 eggs, grated rind and juice of an orhnge. # Method. —Make a with tho currants, suet, apples, and peel, and add the salt and crumbs to it. Mix tho yolks of egg and orange together, ■ and add them. Beat the whites to a stiff froth, and add them just before cooking .the pudding. Water may takj the place of •'some of the eggs, but it is not so nice. Steam tho pudding from 3J to G hours, and then serve it with a sauco. FOB TO-MORROW. Ingredients—Neck of mutton, suet, ground ginger, beans, potatoes, 2 eggs, vegetables for soup.
