At. tho lit. Cook Police Court yesterday, boforo Jfr. C. W. Benbow, J. P.; the following convictions and sentences on charges of drunkenness were recorded:—William Moore, ss. or 48 hours; Robert Austin, Patrick O'Connor, Peter Wall, and John Lattin, were convicted and discharged; James Martin, who failed to appear, was fined 10s. or 48 hours; David Holly, ss. or 24 hours; James Gillespie, 10s. or 48 hours; William Murray, 20s. or 48 hours; James Conlan, 20s. or 48 hours; James Robinson, for having been drank while in charge of a horse and cart, was fined 80s. or 1 month; James Johnston, 20s. or 48 houre.
