Acting on certain information,' Commissioner Dinnio has dispatched Detective Broberg and Constables Skinner, tho well-known wrestler, to tho north to make a thorough search for tho outlaw. They will bo assisted in thoir soarch by others who , havo local knowledge of the district. ■ • ■ It \yill bo romembcred that Dntcctivo Broberg and those wibh him had a very seven? experience during the. winter of 1906, when keeping a look-out for Matenga on tho bushcovered mountains inlaiiil' from Tolaga Bay. The party experienced groat privations, land through repeated wettings they all suffered more or less from rheumatics. Though a wide stretch of rough country was covered on that occasion, they saw.no sign .of Matenea. The weather is all that could bo desired for oamping out at the present time, and the present partjr aopea to tyve better luck.
