The "Standard's" Tangier correspondent reports that tbo. British Government has agreed to pay Uaisuli £20,000 to secure tlio release of Kaid Sir Harry "Mac Lean and, his imprisoned friends. The Government has also agreed to afford Raisuli and the immediato members of his family protection from the consequences of their past misdeeds. The sum of £5000 will be paid immediately Kaid Mac Lean is released. The balance'of the £20,000 ransom will be invested for three years, and tlio incomo will be paid to Raisuli. Raisuli,\ notorious as the kidnapper of the American Pcrdicaris (who was ransomed for 55,000 dollars), and latterly of Kaid Sir Hairy Mac Lean, has now held the Kaifl since the end of June, about five mouths. The Kaid escaped once, but was recaptured.
