HOSPITAL SUNDAY.
A meeting of the Hospital Sunday Committeo was hold in Mr. Oakos's rooms, Cuba Street, last evening, Mr. C. Greening iu the chair. The Hon. 0. M. Luke, M.L.C. (Chairman of tlio Hospital Trustees) was present. Mr. Gandar, of tho Bcllovuc Gardons, made application for a collecting box, and the same is to bo thankfully supplied. It was reported that tho Tramways Manager (Mr. Stuart Richardson) had offered to supply six double-decked cars on wliiqh Hospital Sunday streamers could be exhibited. It was decided that on Hospital Sunday (December 8), the combined bands (as a conclusion to tho demonstration), will play tho stirring march " Ingomar." For contributing half tho music for tho march Mr. Copithorne was given a vote of thanks. Mr. M'Arthur, of tho I'ctone Brass Band, was appointed to conduct tho combined bands. The routos which the various bands will travel to the Basin Reserve on December 8 were laid out, and it was decided that tho bands play in the following order: Tramways, Petone Brass, Jupp's. Garrison, Newtown, Petotfo Citizens', and Battalion.
