A witness was called to provo that lie had "sold tho cap to the prisoner who was then being tried. The prisoner neatly, passed tho cap to Mr. Donnelly, who transferred to the Court usher, who completed the "rush" by a well-judged pass to witness. The several returns to the prisoner were evon more brilliant, and would have elicited admiration • lrom any crack three-quarter lino.
