KISASSURANCE BY THE FIRST LORD. BY TELEGRAPH—rRESS ASSOCIATION—COrTRIOIIT. London, November 24. Lord Twecdmouth, First Lord of the Admiralty, speaking at Exeter, said that for tho next three or four years Groat Britain's naval position will bo perfectly safo. Ho added that tho Admiralty had carefully watched all tho Powers, in order that, in case of omcrgoncy, it would ilways bo ready to do its best.
