Street resorvc, and wt-ro remanded tintil Wednesday on the application of SubInspector O'Donovan. Percy Jones appeared on a chargo of breaking and., entering the premises of H. H. M'Dougall at Napier on November 17 and stealing goods valued at £1 7s. lid. Defendant was remanded to appear at Napier on We'dnftsday. ' . ......;'
