In July the steamer Kakapo, from Devonport) met the barque Eaglccraig, bound from Melbourno to Falmouth with wheat, between Deal Island and Gabo Island. The barquo requested to be supplied with-Green-,wich timo, and, in rounding up, ran foul of tho steamer, denting one of ber plates slightly. The 'barque escaped serious injury. ''■.-/ . Cross-actions arising out of tho collision wore dealt with to-day by tho Court, which found in favour of the Kakapo, dismissing with costs the' action brought by the Eaglccraig.
