ESCAPE FROM SEACLIPF ASYLUM. (BY TEIdSQnATII—ERESS ABSOCIATPION.) Dunedln, November 21. Information reached Dunodin io-hight that Lionel Torry has escaped from Soacliff Asylum. Torry was transferred to Soacliff some months ago, and of lato ho lias dovotod most of his timo to scone painting. Ho designed and carried out a beautiful drop sceno representing a Norway fiord. Speaking about Chinoso, ho has said that, having made his protest, ho has no intention of repoating tho step which led to his presont position, but he says his viows regarding them are g,uito unchanged.
