The Miners' Committee of Management haa accepted the Premier's proposals, and has advised the miners' lodges to do likewise. ' A special meeting of the lodges is being hold to-night, It is' anticipated that they are certain to adopt the Committee's advice. The chairman of the Committee has staked his reputation that the Committee could have had the Southern and Western miners, as well as the trades allied to tho coal trade, out ' if it had beeii necessary; but they wero not asked to coino "out."
