The Stntes'are all joined'by a white streamer on "which .the ;w6rds "One Flag/ Ono Peoplo, One Destiny.!'^are-written, and. this is tied to.thp feet.of the British.lion,-which-is tho principal ornament..of the: upper tier.-' Below/the lion is.placed the Commonwoalth V.nd the.Northcoto coat of. arms, and from the very top.of i a high bouquet of flowers-floats the Royal Standard.'
