When tho House mot, Mr. Kidston, whoso Ministry yostorday resigned, moved, "That thoro bo no chango in His Majesty's adviaors." This motion was carried on the voices, and tho House adjourned. The Opposition abstained from attending. Only the Premier, Mr. Philp, and his Whip wero presont. Apparently Mr. Philp has simply stepped into Mr. Kiclston's shoes and out of them again. By tho "Opposition," tho cablegram cvidoutlv means the Philp party, which were in opposition until Mr. Kidston resigned. ' iiis eveiit occurred on Tuosdnv.
