A now Druce-Portlan'd Company, with a capital''of £25,000, has been formed, and is issuing shares to tho amount of £20,000., It proposes to acquire the? rights of John Sheridan Shoridan. Under agreements with Gcorgo Hollamby Draco and T. K. V. Coburn, Shoridan claims 10 per cent, on any proceeds accruing to Gcorgo Hollamby Druco from tho Portland and Howard Do W'alden estates. Gcorgo Hollamby Druco warns the public that ho has disposed of tho whole of his rights to G. H. Druco,, Limited. The Drucc-Portland Company warns the newspapors, which aro circulating G. H. Druce's warning statements, that thoy are libellous. The prospectus of the Druce-Portland Company suggests that Sheridan's intorest is worth £1,600,000; Mr. Thomas. K. V. Coburn is a barristor and solicitor of tho Supreme Court of Victoria, who, it is said, went, to England from Australia with the claimant", George Hollamby Druce, to assist him to preparo his case.
