NORWAY.
INTEGRITY GUARANTEED BY THE POWERS. BT TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. tendon, November 3. As the result of years of negotiations, a treaty guaranteeing tin integrity of Norway has been signed by Ftauco, .Great Britain, Germany, and Russia.
The foreign policy of Norway since tho separation (says a Home paper) lias been guided by a single principle,' the observing of a faultlessly correct attitude vis-a-vis Sweden. Everything is avoided which can wound Swedish susceptibilities in any '.ray. Norway even abandoned the idea ot celobrating the day it gained its independence, and for the samo reason it carries mi a very cautious military policy. In the reorganisation of tlie army, rendered necessary by the separation, everything is done to avoid anything which could bo misinterpreted by Sweden._
