Conimenting editorially on 'Mr! (Jutten's appointment- as S.M. ;at Napier,- and : the inclusion of Danrievirke in his jurisdiction, .thelocal " Advocate" says:—"The'arrargemcnt has not been long in force,;but, it lii.s occasioned considerable. departure v froni the regularity which characterised the sitting! of the local Court during the' period it was. presided- over by.
