The Tennis Soason. ■ On Saturday two of tlio Wellington tonnis clubs had. their official opening, and at tho courts in Sydney Street a parliamentary party held a day-long tournament. It was a perfect day for tennis, clear, blue, and calm,' and it was very pleasant in tho shade of tho trees by the parliamentary courts. . Among the Indies present there were Lady Ward, who-looked very well in white with a siini■inory hat; Miss Eileen iWard, in a green linen pinafore dress nnd hat trimmed with brown tnile and delicntely-colourcd laburnum biossom; Mrs. and Miss Rutherford, Mrs and Miss Wylio, Mrs. Nunnelcy, Mrs. Malcolm Ross, Mrs. T.
