I EXTENSIVE DECREASE REPORTED. Tho Sydney " Morning .Herald " says that ■ Messrs. Burns, Pliilp, and Co., Ltd., have . received cable news from the Ogilvie- Flour . Mills Company, Ltd., Winnipeg and Montreal, Canada, for whom they act as agents in Australasia, advising that the latest estimates of the crops in the nortli-westorn-districts sot the yield down at GO to 60 . million bushels. Of this quantity, the message states, 35,000,000 is of good milling quality, all of which will bo required by • Canadian millers. Compared with last year's returns, these figures show a shrinkage of 30 to 35 million [ bushels.
