He had no hesitation in saying that no arrangement could haro been mado with any other office in Australasia which would have •".fforded tho members advantage^; with thoso which this agreement ' scceiires', With a full consciousness of tho r.qspoiisir bility resting upon him in doing so, ho submitted the resolution for acceptance.
