ORANGES FOR SAMPLINC.
An esteemed and valued correspondent sent us two oranges which ho , had. plucked from a tree growing in the garden .of Kapiti i.ouso, Paraparaumu; and he asks us if we do not agree with him that Paraparaumu dwells in a marvellous climate. We do most . cordially agree. The oranges were declared ;at this ond of the journey to be. excellent, and they mot an enormous demand. This was due to the baroness of the market, and to the fact that tlio package, containing them was not sufficiently, disguised. AVe can promise that future supplies will meet with an excited market if sent in similar packages. Wo would personally prefer, however, that' future consignments from our valued correspondent should bo marked "privato" and prominently labelled "Printer's Blocks." Results.are always mora satisfactory when ono agent handles a whole shipment. 'We are fully convinced that Paraparaumu possesses delicious, oranges, climates, .and correspondents. We wish wo lived..there.■■, / ■'
