Tho total includes another gift of £100 by, a provious giver. Tho .Citizens' and Young Men's Committoa met as usual on Saturday to discuss organisation, "rally" on Saturday afternoon was very largely atteuded by members and > friends'of tho Association, to draw up plaus. t for tho last threo days of tho campaign. Groat emulation is displayed by tho nino young men'steanis, each containing fiom ten to a dozen members, among whom tho work ' of canvassing has been divided; Tho amounts collected by each toara to date aio displayed each ovoiiing at tlio hoadquartors of Uio"campaign. In connection with tho Y.M.C.A. campaign .. £523 was "raised on Saturday, including two anonymous donations of £100, also £100 from ■ Dr. A. 0. Knight and £50 from Mr. C. Murdoch. This brings tho total, exclusive of the £4000 oxpccted to bo realised from tho sale of tho old building, to £10,<1G4, and, if tho • amount desired (£17,000) is to bo raised, £2537 will have to bo collected to-morrow. .
