ANNIVERSARY SERVICES.
—7 The thirty-second anniversary of tho Courtonay Place Congregational Sunday School was celebrated by special services yesterdny. ,The church was tastefully decorated with evergreens and flowers, and ■ tho scholars, under the direction of Mr. T. Forsyth, sang their , hymns on a specially-erec-ted piatform. The Rev. W. A. Koay preached in the morning, Rev. J. Konncdy Elliott iu tho afternoon, and Rev. M'Donald •Aspland in the evening.' The report for presentation nt tho annual meeting to-morrow night statos that tho number of scholars on the roll is ninety-two, with an efficient staff of twelve teachers. In tho Sunday School Union Examinations fifteen of t|ie Courtenay Place scholars nnssed out of eighteen who ontored, and one scholar gained the highest possible marks. The scholars have raised the unprecedented sum of £25 for mission' work. Tho young men possess a' cricket club, football club, and gymnasium.
