Method of Preparation—Boil a cauliflowerin the usual way;-and make. melted butter sauce for it. 'Into the sauce put. about a cupful of; grated'cheese. The'amount of cheese depends upon its .flavour. Then pour the sauce over the cauliflower,, and sprinkle grated cheese over it. Next hold • the dish_ in front of a firo, or under tfce ; gas t grill; to toast _ the cheese on top of'it.. This will only take about two minutes.- If the oven is very hot itmay be placed in it to .brown, but one of the former.,ways', is .thoV better.; , , . ' ' . Puree- of Lentils. 1 . .
