SUPREME COURT.
This morning Mr. Justico Coopor will sentonco John Desmond (who recently pleaded guilty to forgery and uttering) and Albert Roberts, (who admitted haying stolen from a dwelling). On Saturday morning, John Rowan (who, on 'Wednesday, unsuccessfully appealed against' his conviction for breaches of the Bankruptcy Act) will be sentenced. .
