GRIEVANCES IN THE POSTALSERVICE.

In connection with a telegram from Auckland regarding the complaints of employees in tho Post and Telegraph Dopartmont, some Dunedin telegraph officials wero askod for their views on the subject.. They said thoy considorcd that certainly many reforms were urgently needed, but their suggestions had boon. properly framed and would go through the proper channels to tha authorities, who, thoy wore convinced, would take stops to afford them evory reasonablo redress, Tlio review pub. lished was correct, but they were surprised at its appearance, and believed it would militate against the moro regular procedure for tho redress of ; griovances now being taken by their secretary. The Post and Telegraph employees wore perfectly content to wait patiently and give their secretary t, chanoo to bring about adjustment in a legitimate and regular manner (
