At a meeting of the Kelburne Ratepayers' Association on Tuesday evening, it was resolved to request the City Council to abate the drainage nuisance on the flat near the junction of Kelburne Parade and Glasgow Street, to put the drainage area between Glasgow Street and Central Terrace and a part of the reserve towards Upland Road into a fit state for foot traffic, and to increase the number of street lamps in the district.
