Shooting.

The following is the result of the year's shooting for Captain MacKenzie's gold and silver medals for first and second :

MR MITRRELL'S MEDAL

The following is the result of the shooting for gold medal presented by Mr E. Murrell. Conditions —Three competitions, two to count, at ranges 300, 500, and 600 yards. Money prizes for 10s, 6s, and 4s, presented by the Company :

A handicap match will be fired on Good Friday, 13th April, 1906, on the Cromwell Range, for trophy and money prizes presented by Captain McKenzie, Messrs" Bate, Sise and Co., and the Cromwell Rifles. Conditions of match Seven shots each at ranges 200, 500, and 600 yards, with two optional sighters. Firing to commence at 9 a.m. sharp. Ammunition can be procured at the Secretary's office. The handicaps will be posted at the Secretary's office on Monday, April 9th, 1906.
