MAGISTRATE'S COURT, CROMWELL.

In the case of Murley v. Hill, wherein defendant was charged under section 10 of “The Babbit Nuisance Act, 1893,” a verdict was given for defendant with £3 Ifjs coats. fn that of Agchinvole’s Executors p. if. H. Heron.—rClaim for £lf os, goods sold and delivered. Judgment, but wdthogt coats was given for amount claimed, less £5 las paid into court.
