In conformity with the 37th section of " The Mines Act, 1877," and with the regulations made under that Act for the granting of leases for Gold-mining purposes, it is hereby notified that it is intended to grant a lease for Gold-mining purposes of Crown lands to the applicants specified in the annexed Schedule, unless there shall be valid objections against such lease. Objections to granting Buch lease, stating the grounds of objection, must be made in writing, and lodged with the Warden at Cromwell on or before the 9th day of April, 1885.
