J The Public is hereby notified that Bye-law No. 3 of the Corporation of the Town of Cromwell will in the future be strictly enforced. Clause four provides a penalty not exceeding £5 for neglecting to keep or use in any earth closet a supply of dry earth reasonably sufficient for deodorising purposes ; and Clause five provides a similar penalty for not providing for the cleaning out of such closets.
