Night of general entry, March 16 ; entries received up to 9 p.m. Weights for the Flying Handicap and Nevis Handicap to be published in the Cromwell Argus of March 14 ; Jockey Club Handicap to be. declared before 10 p.m. on Friday, 17th March. .. RULES AND REGULATIONS. No entry shall be received for any of the above races except upon the following -conditions : - That all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards, or those whom they may appoint. Their decisions upon all points connected with the carrying out of this programme shall be final. Any person entering a protest shall deposit 1 sov., and in tbe event, of-the protest being found frivolous the same shall be forfeited to the race fund. Jochey costume insisted on.
