The Warden found defendants had rendered them soles liable, but in lieu of forfeiture fined them 5s ad costs, —rights to be renewed. APPLICATIONS. Protection. —B. Halcrowand anothei 90 days, claim at Bailey’s.—Granted for 30 dys. John Myer (executor late Robert Scott), GO Ays, claim, Garrick. —Granted. Extended Claim. —She Tung am others, 3 acres, Deep Creek, Nevis.—Granted Tail Races. —She Tung and other, from claim as above, —Granted. H. Wickgraw and 5 others, from claim, Garrick.—Graned conditionally on not interfering with existig rights. D. Stewart and another, from, clair in Bailey’s Gully.
