No entry will be received unless upon these conditions—That all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the races shall be decided by the Stewards, or a majority of them, whose decisions upon all points connected with the carrying out of the programme shallNs final. 2. No person shall enter or nominate a horse unless he is a subscriber of not less than £2 2s. to the Race Fund. Moreover, no one to enter or nominate a horse not his bond fdt property, unless the said subscription of £2 2s. be paid for the actual owner, under penalty of forfeiting any race such horse may win. 3.
