Mr Clutha Mackenzie, who was severely wounded on Gallipoli, arrived at 'Bak'lutlia on Wednesday, and is at present staying with his brother (Mr 1). 8. Mackenzie) on a short holiday visit. Mr Mackenzie will probably remain at Balelutha for a week or two. Messrs J. Christie and 0. R. Throp, representing tho Clutha branch, attended the seventeenth annual meeting of the Otago branch of, the Xew Zealand Farmers' Union held on Wednesday at Dunedin. Mr Christie has been elected to the executive committee of tho Otago branch.
