NO SEPARATE PEACE. PETROGRAD, May 11. The anniversary of the- opening of the first Duma was celebrated at an extraordinary Kitting. Members of all the Dumas attended, and representatives of the Government and diplomatists. M. Rodzianko's (President of the Duma) speech was loudly cheered when ho repudiated the idea of a separate peace and declared Russia's loyalty to the Allies. The assemblage rose and gave an ovation to the Allies' Ambassadors.
