FAKE 'PUNCHES' COLLECTED.

The American News Company has succeeded in collecting 2-107 copies of a spurious London •Punch,' which was circulated last November by the American Truth Society, a pro-German organisation. The imitation was entitled "As England Sep*, Us as Shown in 'Punch,' " and the cover was the same as 'Punch 1 has issued tor many years. A collection of 'Punch' cartoons,' most of them printed at the time of the civil war, gave the impression that England has an unfriendly feeling toward the United States. 'Punch's' New York attorney arranged with Mr Jeremiah A. 'O'Leary, counsel for the American Truth Society, to withhold suit against the society for all the unsold copies. All but, !)M copies of the edition have been collected.
