PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a Special Meeting of the Balclutha Borough Council hold in the Council Chambers, Clyde Street, Balclutha, on Wednesday, the 22nd day of January, 1913, the following resolution, intended to operate as a Special Order, was adopted:— That the Balclutha Borough Coun- § cil, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of "The Noxious Weeds Act, 1908," do by Special Order hereby resolve and declare that Docks (Rumex, any species), referred to in the Third Schedule of the said Act, shall be deemed to be a NOXIOUS WEED within the Borough of Balclutha. And that a Special Meeting of the Balclutha Borough Council will be held on February 19, 1913, to confirm the foregoing Special Resolution. F. J. RAMSAY, Town Clerk. .
