HOW TO COLLECT DEBTS.
The 'Grocers' Assistant says that a suburban butcher has adopted a novel plan of debt collecting. When an account due is not paid he sends out a man in a top hat embellished with the flaming device ; 'Debi Collector." And the moral effect of that man on the doorstep is surprising. The man in that decorated top hat must be a bolder man than the man who can ignore his knock.
