RECORD PRICES FOR DAIRY PRODUCE.

The dairy season just opening promises to be a record one for New Zealand Dairymen. The dry season experienced in the Northern Hemisphere has resulted in a short make of both butter and cheese and available supplies for consumption in the Mother Country are short of the demand as the quantity of butter in cold storage is considerably less than in former years. It is recognised that prices are controlled by the question of supply and demand, and as a result of the present conditions prices for this seasons' output must rule high. Farmers should therefore take advantage of this opportunity and increase their supply of milk to the Factories. In this connection, however, they are faced with the difficulty of obtaining suitable and reliable labour for milking, but as an easy solution of this problem we recommend all dairymen to instal the L. K. G. mechanical milker, which after nine years practical use has demonstrated that equally as high an average yield per cow c. n be obtained ps with hand milking while the cost of labour is considerably reduced. P ace your order for an L K. G. Milking Plant and complete your outfit with the most reliable and satisfactory labour saver for the Farm. For full particulars ajiply to J. B. MacEwantfe Co, Ltd., L»uncdin.
