DISTRESSING DROWNING ACCIDENT.
.John Kdwin Dick, 17 years, son ol h\r T. H. Dick, of Mills, Dick & Co., Dunedin, wax drowned while bathing at Quwnntown at H o'clock yesterday morning. Being away rather long, hid sister went to the Lake to look for* him. She saw his clothes on-the beach, and gave the alarm. The body was recovered. Deceased could' not swim and used air floaten*, which i;ave out. He was the only boy in a amity ol four, and they baa gone Item (ox the holiday*.
