A Balclutha party, consisting of Mr and Mrs Brame and Mr and Mrs C. .1. More ton, contemplate taking what should prove an ideal holiday. They have ehuftcred a two-horse eovered-in van, and leave in, the early hours of Wednesday for the bush country, making Owaka ami Purakauiti Falls the first day. Thence they go on to Tautuku the second day, probably staying there a day or two. Various places will be visited en route to Forlrose, and the homeward route will lie through Gore via the main road.
