DEVELOPING EGYPT. According to the 'Times,' arrangements > are almost completed for the establishment of another company to assist in the work of developing Egypt's agricultural resources. It will be called the Mortgage Company of Egypt, and will have an initial capital of £1,000,000, none of which will be offered for public subscription. It is being launched under exceptionally favorable auspices, and its chairman will be Lord Milner, whose name is already most happily associated with Egyptian development.
