Mkssrs Donald Reiu axi> Co. report that prices ruled as under at their auction sale on Monday : —
Oats. — Only medium and inferior lots -srere offered. The demand for these was slack, bat for good to prime short feed there is ready sale at late quotations. We quote : Prime milling, to 2s Id ; good to best feed, ( 2s to '2s o£d ; mrdium, Is lOd to Is lid ; inferior, Is Gd to Is 9d per bushel (sacks extra). Wheat.— Prime milling is in fair demand, but roe.lium quality is nfglected. Fowl wheat, which is offering more freely, finds buyers at prices a shade below late values. We quote • Prime milling 2s 5d to 2s 6d, medium 2a 3d to 2s 4&, fowl wheat (whole) 2s to 2s 2d broken Is 8d to Is lid per bushel (sacks in). ' Potatoes.— The market is fully supplied, and values a shade easier. Best kidneys sold .at L 2 10s to L 2 153, others L 2 5s to L 2 7s Gd per ton (sacks in). Chaff. — We catalogued several trucks, mostly good to prime quality. Thia was the only class in demand, and sold at L 2 X7s 6d to L 3, medium L 2 to L 2 15s per ton (bags
