THE WESTERN FRONTIER.
Capetown, February 13. L n*d Roberts, reviewing the Highlanders at Modeler Rivor, stated that they would soon have a chance of avenging Magersfontein. Hj bad no doubt about their success, although it would not be a walk over. The men are very enthusiastic.
The press censors indicate that there will be little news for % few days, which is interpreted to mean that Lord Roberts is about to strike a blow.
