Public notice is hereby given that the Clutha County Council intends to stop the following road line : — That portion of road line running through Section 34, block 111, Greenvale, and between sections 73, 74, and section 75, bloclc 111, Glenkenich Survey District, Said road to be given in exchange for a road along river bank, section 34, block 111, Greeuvale. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Clutha County Council intends to raise a loan of L3OOO, under the provisions of the " Local Bodies Loans Act 1886," and the "Government Loans to Local Bodies Act 1886," and amendments thereof, for the purpose of metalling roads within the Pomahaka Riding, and to strike a Special Rate of one farthing in the £„ upon the values of all property within the Pomahaka Riding, as appears by the Valuation roll now in force, as security for the repayment of said loan.
