ORDINARY MEETING.
Tho ordinary monthly meeting was then held, all the members being present, Mr Rutherford in the chair.
_ Mr Smith asked permission to erect a fence on top of flood bank, fronting bis property,
to protect young trees and willows. — Permission granted.
The clerk was instructed to write to Mr W. Gregg, chicory farm, requesting him to remove hedge cuttings (whin) off road line at once, the same being an obstruction to the traffic.
Mr Smith moved — " That the inspector pay contract No. 1 when completed." Seconded by Mr Anderson and carried,
This was all the business, and the meeting closed.
