The late Mr James Logan's WAIPAHI ESTATE In Seven Farms WRIGHT, STEPHENSON, & CO., favored with instructions from the Execnters of the late James Logan, Esq., will sell by auction at the above time and place the Waipahi Eatate,in Seven Farms, as follow : — Lot I.— Farm of 323a lr 2Sj, being Sections 30, 41, and 32, Block 111, Waipahi. All in English Grass Lot 2. — Farm ot 554 acres, more or less, being part of Section 76a Block 111, Waipahi, of which abont 323 acres are in English grass and about 231 acres in tussock. Lot 3. — Farm of 175 acres, more or less, being part of Section 76a, Block 111, Waipahi. A splendid sward ef young grass covers this farm — first year down. Lot 4. — Farm of 320 acres, more or less, being part of Section 8, Block 11, Waipahi. All in English grass.
