Medical men are seldom consulted in regard to them, and yet other ailments not half so painful and irritat my receive the best medical skill. Corns have consequently received the chemist's attention, and poisonous compounds are sold under various names as remedies. It is nothing more than might be expected, therefore, to hear that a Dunedin chemist has discovered a most extraordinary non-poisonous remedy called DOXINB. Corns have a gveat affinity for it and readily absorb DoxiNE. The natural conscquenco i'a that a few hours after application the Cora can be removed with the finger nail. It is put up in packets at Is 6d each. One special feature is that Doxine does not evaporate or spoil by keeping. It is now in the hands of Wholesale Drug Houses, who are supplying it to chemists as required, nnd, like Hkd Ckoss Ointment, is sure to take the place of all other such remedies.
