Both Bulgaria and. Servia have expressed their willingness to agree to the armistice suggested by the Turkish Commissioners, and have promised to appoint a delegate to confer with the Commissioners. This means the conclusion of peace between the two countries. Sofia, December 23. Prince Alexander of Bulgaria has issued
a general ordeftb the army, ; announcing the conclusion of -a; prolonged armistice with Servia. In', his announcement the Prince states that he haa to, thank ..the Czar of Russia,- and' those Russian officers who acted as instructors to the Bulgarian army, fvr his recent success in. the field.
